With this agreement the buyer confirms that in the case of the resale of any of the pieces from Section 1, they will honor the artist request that 2% of the re-sale net proceeds will be paid out to the artist, or the artist estate if the artist is deceased. The buyer also agrees to make a reasonable effort to include this clause in the agreement between them and the new buyer.
